For over 15 years, the Lowell Education Foundation has helped Lowell Area Schools raise money and support innovative classroom projects that are not otherwise funded by the school budget. With the latest cuts to our school budget, this need is more critical than ever.
We invite you to attend our upcoming fundraising event on October 4. The “2011 Student Innovation Showcase” is an opportunity for you to see first-hand the classroom projects we have funded in the past in areas such as technology, social studies, art, science and more. In addition, you will meet the teachers and students whose work and education have been greatly enhanced as a direct result.
The 2011 Student Innovation Showcase will be held on October 4 at the Grand Volute in Lowell, from 6:30-8 p.m. and will include hors d'oeuvres, dessert and punch.
Come see what our teachers and students have accomplished, and help us to keep innovation alive in the years ahead!
